westward ho casino and hotel, las vegas.

Another casino felled by the wrecking ball.
The most famous element here was the multi-colored
'umbrellas' out in front. They were seen in many
movies and TV shows, and will therefore live forever.
The 'hotel' was more like a motel out in back that seemed to
go on forever, but it was cool because you could park
your car practically in front of your room. Where else
in Las Vegas can you do that at a casino?
The 'Ho' was also famous for it's 'footlong' hotdogs for
99 cents, one of the best deals in town, and they tasted great!
We'll miss the Westward Ho.
